He holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA), with specializations in Competition Law and Constitutional and Electoral Law from his alma mater. He also earned a Master’s Degree in LegalTech from the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR).

A specialist in Criminal Law, he previously served as a Judicial Clerk for the Fourth Civil and Commercial Court and the First Civil and Commercial Court of San Salvador. Furthermore, he acted as a Legal Specialist at the Foundation for the Study of the Application of Law (FESPAD). Through FESPAD, he worked on Public Policy initiatives from 2014 to 2015 in collaboration with the Office of the Ombudsman for Human Rights (PDDH) and the Ministry of Justice and Public Security.
